Loneliness is an experience many of us may go through at various points in our lives.
General Enquiries
Do get in touch with us by writing, ringing or emailing directly to arrange an initial meeting in confidence. We will then arrange an appropriate time and place to meet with you to explore ways in which further support could be found. This may be to encourage attendance at one of our social activities or to arrange a befriender (when available) to make contact. (Befriending is in great demand and so we have to look carefully at needs and our limited resources.) It may be that Archway is not appropriate for you.
Concerned family members, friends or agencies should get in touch with us on behalf of the person (once their permission has been gained). It should be noted that Archway is not always appropriate for everyone and so an initial visit from Archway is always required.
Agencies will need to have a detailed discussion with us so that a decision can be made as to the appropriateness of Archway for your particular client's situation and needs.
